Ein Erster Eindruck von Galactic Overload

Während bei uns der Booster Order of Chaos gerade erst vor der Tür steht, warten die japanischen Spieler bereits auf den übernächsten Booster Galactiv Overload. Dort enthalten sind unter anderem neuer Support für die Inzector und die Photons. Jetzt sind die ersten ganz konkreten Karten mit ihren Effekten bekannt und geben einen ersten Einblick in das, was uns da wohl erwarten mag.

Overlay Owl
WIND/Bird – Effect/4/800/1600
Once per turn, activate this effect by paying 600 Life Points. Remove 1 Xyz Material on the field.

Hammer Shark
WATER/Fish – Effect/4/1700/1500
Once per turn, you can activate this effect during your Main Phase. Decrease the Level of this card by 1, and Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower WATER Monster from your hand.

Perforation Heavy Machinery Drill Jumbo
EARTH/Machine – Effect/4/1800/100
When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, you can increase the Level of all Machine-Type monster you control by 1. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster, and its ATK exceeds that monster’s DEF, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent’s Life Points. Also, if this card attacked, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Damage Step.

Roaring Express Train Rocket Arrow
EARTH/Machine – Effect/10/5000/0
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when you control no cards on your field. During the turn this card is Special Summoned, you cannot perform your Battle Phase. While this card is face-up on your field, you cannot activate the effects of Magic, Trap and Effect Monster Cards, nor set cards. The controller of this card sends his entire hand to the Graveyard during their Standby Phase, or this card is destroyed.

Inzecter Exastag
DARK/Insect – Xyz – Effect/Rank 5/800/800
2x Level 5 Insect-Type Monster
Once per turn, you can remove 1 of this card’s Xyz Materials to select 1 Monster your opponent controls or in your opponent’s Graveyard and equip it to this card as an Equip Card. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half the ATK and DEF of the monster(s) equipped by this effect respectively .

Recklessness
Normal Trap Card
Activate only when a Defense Position Monster you control is selected as Attack Target. The Batle Position of that Monster is changed to face-up Attack Position. Furthermore, when the attacking monster is destroyed and sent to a Graveyard as a result of that battle, inflict Damage to your opponent’s Life Points equal to the original ATK of that Monster.

Inzecter Giga-Grioll
DARK/Insect – Effect/5/2000/1300
You can remove from play 1 Insect-Type monster in your Graveyard to equip this card as an Equip Card to a „Inzecter“ monster you control. This effect of „Inzecter Giga-Grioll“ can only be used once per turn. Also, the ATK of the monster this card treated as Equip card is equipped to becomes 2000. When the equipped monster attacks a Defense Position monster, and its ATK exceeds the DEF of that monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent’s Life Points.

Inzecter Gruf
DARK/Insect – Effect/2/500/100
Once per turn, you can equip 1 „Inzecter“ monster from your hand or Graveyard treated as an Equip Card to this card. While this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster has its Level increased by 2, and gains ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of this card respectively. Also, by sending this equipped card to the Graveyard, select 1 monster you control, and increase its Level by 2.

Inzecter Luciol

Once per turn, you can equip 1 „Inzecter“ monster from your hand or Graveyard treated as an Equip Card to this card. If this card is equipped to an „Inzecter“ card, you can confirm all set cards your opponent controls. Also, while this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster has its Level increased by 1, and gains ATK and DEF to the ATK and DEF of this card respectively.

Inzecter Weeg
DARK/Insect – Effect/4/1000/1000
Once per turn, you can equip 1 „Inzecter“ monster from your hand or Graveyard treated as an Equip Card to this card. While this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of this card respectively. Also, when this card equipped to a monster is sent to the Graveyard, the monster this card was equipped to gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase.

Inzecter’s Demonic Bow Zectarrow
Equip Magic Card
Equip only to a „Inzecter“ Monster. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK. Your opponent cannot activate the effects of Magic, Trap or Effect Monster Cards in response to the activation of the equipped monster’s effect.

Inzecter’s Gauntlet
After activation this card becomes an Equip Card to 1 „Inzecter“ monster you control and increases the DEF of that monster by 1000. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by opponent’s card effects.

Minimum Guts
Normal Magic Card
Activate only be Releasing 1 Monster you control, and selecting 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Until the End Phase, the ATK of the selected monster becomes 0. During this turn, when the selected monster is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict Damage to your opponent’s Life Points equal to the original ATK of that monster.

Bound Wand
Equip Magic Card
Equip only to a Spellcaster-Type Monster. The equipped monster gains 100 ATK x its Level. If the equipped monster is destroyed by your opponent, and this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster from the Graveyard to your field.

Downward Tide
Normal Magic Card
Activate by selecting 1 face-up Monster you control, and declaring a Level from 1 to 3. The selected monster’s Level becomes the declared Level.

Berserk Scales
Quick-Play Magic Card
Activate only by selecting 1 face-up Monster you control. The selected Monster gains 1000 ATK, but cannot attack your opponent directy during this turn. During the End Phase of this turn, the selected monster loses 2000 ATK.

Baton of Sword
Normal Trap Card
Activate only during your opponent’s Draw Phase when your opponent performs their Normal Draw per turn. Both players confirm the drawn card, and if that card is a Magic or Trap Card, select and apply 1 of the following effects:
● The drawn card is discarded.
● Select and destroy 1 Magic or Trap Card your opponent controls.

Clever Scheme
Normal Trap Card
Activate by discarding 1 Monster from your hand, and selecting 1 face-up Monster on the field. The selected monster loses ATK equal to the original ATK of the discarded Monster.

Scales of Subordination
Normal Trap Card
Activate only when your opponent declares an attack with a monster. The attacking Monster is changed to Defense Position, and that 1 monster is equipped with this card. Also, once per turn, you can activate this effect during your Main Phase or the Battle Phase. Change the Battle Position of the equipped monster.
